Cookie orders

We aim to dispatch all items the next day provided the order comes in by 12pm and the next day isn't a Sunday. If it is, or the order comes in after 12pm, it will likely be dispatched the following day. If for some reason it could take longer than this, we’ll let you know as soon as possible, usually via email. Due to the freshly baked nature of our products (and the fact that nature naturally isn’t great at preserving things), delivery is via next day delivery only.

The current delivery fee is:

• £4.99 for 1-2 boxes
• £8.99 for 3+ boxes.

Delivery fees will be higher for very large orders (10+ boxes).

Items will be dispatched Monday-Saturday. We will not dispatch on Sundays. This means that even if you order first thing on a Saturday morning, and we’re technically able to dispatch by the end of the day, it won’t be dispatched until Monday morning, and delivered on Tuesday.

Bespoke cakes:

Delivery of bespoke cakes will be arranged and confirmed with you. Delivery will typically be handled by us, or a courier that we arrange. This courier will be informed on how to properly handle the cake, and will inform whoever it’s delivered to on the day.

Cake samples are posted under the same rules as cookies, but the dispatch could be up to three days.

Bespoke cake delivery is currently only available within the M25. Cakes can also be collected from us. Collection is from Purley, Croydon.
