It's getting cold, so we thought we'd drop a cookie that brings a little warmth, like a like festive hug with those you love. And of course by those you love, we mean loving - and slightly spicy - ginger pieces, caring white chocolate and an emotionally available mix of traditional gingerbread spices, warmly nuzzled by the delicious fire of SuperBrowned Butter™. It's not a gingerbread biscuit, but it's everything you'd love about one.

Please note: All of our creations are made in an environment where nuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, gluten and other allergens may be present. We also use products that are made in factories that handle nuts. As such, we cannot guarantee they are free from trace amounts of other allergens.
Dispatch & Delivery

Due to the freshly baked nature of our products, dispatch can take 1-2 days. We're unable to dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays, so we'll aim to dispatch to you either on the Saturday before or the next working day. Delivery is by next day delivery only, to ensure your bakes get to you as fresh as possible.
Shelf Life

Once received, shelf life depends on where you store your cookies:

  • In an airtight container: 5 days
  • In the fridge: 10 days
  • In the freezer: 3 months

If you put them somewhere cold, warm them up a bit before tucking in.

What's in the box?

Completely plastic-free packaging. Cookie boxes are delivered in a brown paper wrapped package, cushioned by recyclable paper bubble wrap.

The box itself is a handmade, magnetic clasp box with our mascot print, and your cookies will be covered by greaseproof paper and protected by one or two paper bubble wrap bow-ties inside. A thank you card is also included, which lists the name of the product you purchased, and its allergens.

We encourage you to keep and reuse the box. It is completely recyclable, though we'd recommend safely removing the magnet and nickel strip it contains to recycle separately.
